Sorry you missed my September Money Making and Economic Survival Boot Camp. It wasn’t your normal boot camp. There were only 10 couples there with me and the other experts. (I like small groups so I can work closely with the people one-on-one.)

I arranged for Plaintiff Attorney and Entity Structuring Expert, Jonathan Cavender to give a 90-minute presentation on “Choosing the Right Entity to Maximize Income and Asset Protection.” In case you don’t know Mr. Cavender, he has done over a hundred trials with a very high success rate of piercing the corporate veil and holding the owners personally liable. Who better to have design your asset protection shields than someone who makes a living tearing down other people’s asset protection plans. Wouldn’t you like Mr. Cavender to look at your legal structures? Attendees were excited to have his personal attention.

Clark Gardner, CPA, also entranced people (Yes, a CPA can actually be entrancing) by giving them ten ways they can make an extra $10,000 this year by just using tax and accounting laws. He also described five new ways to Get Out of Real Estate…. without getting KILLED by taxes. A 1031 in real estate can just magnify your management responsibilities, but for those looking for less of a “hands-on” approach, Clark had several other options. For those wanting to simplify their lives, this information was very helpful.
